The meeting was called to order at 6:32 pm by John Digman

Approve Minutes: Minutes from the August meeting were read and approved with no

corrections. Motion by Accola, second by Fluhr. Motion carried.

Treasurers Report: Treasurers report read and approved with no corrections. Motion by

Fluhr, Second by Duehr. Motion carried

Warrior Shop Report: None

Athletic Directors Report: None

Coaches Request: Girls Basketball requested a toss-back which cost $700.00. Motion to

Purchase by Fluhr, second by Montag, motion carried.

Committee Reports:

WingFest: Still have an outstanding bill on the wings.

2) Football Field Project: Softball field infield needs to be cut bigger, also need to

install drain tile along the base of the hill.

Old Business:

1) Sports Booklet: Need to get everything done, and get everything to Mark Cueno.

Financial Commitment for 2009-10: $2000.00 towards scoreboard, and

New softball uniforms.

3) Coaches Request for baseball: will be looked at by the ED Baseball Boosters

Contractors Night: 9/11 vs Durand. Contactors will be recognized at half time.

Dale Thumser will cater steak dinner.

New Business:

Trivia Night: Need to elect chairperson, and make flyers, & hold meeting.

Hospitality Suite for Playoff games: Silent Auction, starting at homecoming

Game, at the warrior shop

Junior High Football: Needs more football jerseys, (big sizes), tabled

Volleyball 50/50 Wingfest: Where did the money go? Greg to check into. Should

Go into activity account, and handed out by request.

Policy on motorized carts at football games

Use of horn on scoreboard: Why isn’t it being used?

How many keys are out for the concession stand?

Senior class purchased stencils for the end zone “WARRIORS”
