Approve Minutes: Minutes from the September meeting were read and approved with

corrections to Wingfest. Motion by Duehr, second by Hoppman

motion carried.

Treasurers Report: Treasurers report read and approved with no corrections. Motion by

Fluhr, Second by Duehr. Motion carried

Warrior Shop Report: None

Athletic Directors Report: None

Coaches Request: Girls Basketball requested a toss-back which cost $700.00. Motion to

Purchase by Fluhr, second by Montag, motion carried.

Committee Reports:

Football Field Project: Sprinkler system to be winterized week of 10/20. We

Will have to re-seed the field, and install a water meter

in the spring. Extra paint for the field not in schools

budget. We will sell eye blacks and stickers to raise the

extra money needed.

2) Trivia Night: Set for 11/13 at D’s Place

Old Business:

Financial Commitment for 2009-10: $2000.00 towards scoreboard, cost of

Softball uniforms and $2000.00 for

Scholarships.

Hospitality Suite Bids for Playoff

New Business:

Approve Loan with EDSB for Football Field Project: Motion by Fluhr,

second by Accola, motion carried

Workers for Playoff Concessions: getting people lined up

3) Aerial Photo of playoff game: $400.00, motion by Accola second by Hoppman

motion carried.

4) Apparel sales for Playoffs: Order apparel

5) 10 year reunion next fall for 2000 semi-final team

6) JDCVB grant for WingFest: John Digman filled out, and received a grant for $2350.00 for next years event.

7) Minutes for Website: Going to try to update sooner, before approved. Then go back and mark approved after the next meeting.

8) R-Place donated 500 hamburgers for the first playoff game

9) Budget for the Booster Club: tabled
