The meeting was called to order at 6:32 pm by John Digman

Members Present: John Digman, Chris Montag, Gary Hilby,

Mark Fluhr, Sandi Duehr, Mike Montag, Chuck Hoppman

Special Guests: None

Approve Minutes: Minutes from the June meeting were read and approved with no

corrections. Motion by Sandi Duehr, second by Chris Montag.

Motion carried.

Treasurers Report: Treasurers report read and approved with no corrections. Motion by

Mark Fluhr, Second by Sandi Duehr. Motion carried

Warrior Shop Report: None

Athletic Directors Report: None

Coaches Request: Girls Basketball requested a toss-back. Golf requested six golf bags,

which the school said they will take care of. The baseball team is

requesting new tarps for home plate and pitchers mound. All requests

were tabled until the September meeting.

Committee Reports:

WingFest: May eliminate one band next year to save some money. Bills still

coming in, so no financial report.

Golf Outing: Need people there at 6:30 to help with putting and chipping

contests and ball drop. Around 20 teams signed up.

3)Football Field Project: Goal posts in, scoreboard works, softball field taking shape

window to be cut in, and cleaned up for first game.

Old Business:

1) Sports Booklet: Need to get everything done, and get everything to Mark Cueno.

2) Financial Reports from Last Year: Done for anyone to look at.

Trivia Night: To be held at D’s Place on Friday, November 13^th . Still in

need of chair-person to line up groups.

New Business:

Football Field Stencils: numbers and hash marks; purchase from Lange

Signs for $800.00. Motion by Hoppman, Second by

Hilby. Motion carried.

Cleaning date for concession stand: August 29^th at 7:00 am

Contractors Night: Durand game

Open House at Round School: John Digman to hand out Warrior Shop flyers.

Hospitality Suite: All nights accounted for.

Concession Stand Workers: How to get more. Greg Herbst to speak at Jr. High

parent meeting, or going to have to call people.

Adjourn: Motion to adjourn at 8:45 pm by Fluhr, seconded by C. Montag. Next
