The meeting was called to order at 6:33 pm by John Digman

Members Present: John Digman, Randy Accola, Chris Montag, Gary Hilby,

Mark Fluhr, Mark Cueno, Sandi Duehr, Cathy Digman,

Mike Montag, Toby Culbertson, Jake Shireman, Chuck Hoppman

Special Guests: Bob Slattery presented a Trivia Night fundraiser. Cost is $350.00 for the

first event, and $500.00 for any following events. Motion made to have

the trivia night by Hoppman, second by C. Montag. Motion carried.

Event will be Friday night November 13^th at D’s Place. More info at

next meeting.

Approve Minutes: Minutes from the June meeting were read and approved with no

corrections. Motion by Cueno, second by Duehr, Motion carried.

Treasurers Report: Were read and approved with no corrections. Motion by Accola,

second by C. Digman, Motion carried.

Warrior Shop Report: Sold $750.00 at the Independence Day celebration. The football

team wants to order sweatshirts.

Athletic Directors Report: None

Coaches Request: None

Committee Reports:

1) WingFest: Everything coming together. We still need some workers in some areas. We will be shucking corn 8/7 at 6:00pm at the park.

2) Golf Outing: Saturday August 15^th at Lacoma. Tourney is full. We are still

selling 50/50 golf ball drop tickets.

3) Football Field Project: Grass cutting going on, finishing leftover projects. The

Backstop for the softball field is going up soon.

Old Business:

Financial Commitments for 2009; $2000.00 for scoreboard and $6500.00 for softball uniforms, that weren’t billed until this month.

Sports Booklets; ads being turned in to Mark Cueno, still waiting on some.

Web Site; Dave Sendt will be taking care of. Also posting minutes of our meetings on it.

Scoreboard; old one down, new one up, and wiring being done.

Honkamp & Krueger is taking care if our year-end financial reports.

New Business:

Improvements to Football Field Concession stand.

add a third service window. Motion by C. Digman up to $1000, second by Duehr, Motion carried. The first window will be for beverages, popcorn and candy only, the other two will be full service.

Add a third fryer, motion by Hoppman up to $700.00, second by Accola, Motion carried.

Warrior Shop for this fall, talked about getting with Impact Sports to do an on-line sale, and setting up a date to cut off orders.
