The meeting was called to order at 6:38 pm by John Digman

Approve Minutes: Minutes from the May meeting were read and approved with no

corrections. Motion by Fluhr, second by Cueno, Motion carried.

Treasurers Report: Were read and approved with no corrections. Honkamp & Krueger

is preparing the year-end financial report. Motion by Accola,

second by C. Montag, Motion carried.

Warrior Shop Report: Need to get an inventory total from Laura Ricke

Athletic Directors Report: None

Coaches Request: None

Committee Reports:

1) WingFest: Will be held on the middle block. Set up this year will be Friday night.

Talked about sponsorships. Discussed ways to save money.

2) Golf Outing: Saturday August 15^th at Lacoma. Discussed the selling of chances

for the 50/50 golf ball drop.

3) Football Field Project: Grass cutting going on. Need to finish up the leftover projects.

Old Business:

Financial filings are at Honkamp & Krueger, waiting to hear back from them.

Sports Booklet and Poster information handed out for contacting businesses who previously advertised with us, and also for any possible new ones.

New Business:

Financial commitments for 2009-2010 tabled until next meeting

Web Site; tabled: Dave Sendt is going to update it thru August.

Independence Day Celebration; serve pop for East Dubuque Business and Tourism and have the Warrior Shop open June 28^th from 1pm to dusk. Set up at 11:00 am.

Geoff Barklow declined Vice-President after the May 13^th meeting. Mark Fluhr nominated Randy Accola, Chris Montag seconded, motion carried. Randy Accola will be the Vice-President
